Kickboxing

Our Kickboxing/Fitness program is a mix of Muay Thai Kickboxing and boxing.  Increase your fitness level while doing body weight exercises and H.I.I.T. training.  Classes focus on firming up those stubborn areas like the legs, butt, arms and core. Have a blast striking and kicking focus mitts and heavy bags.

Gain confidence while learning valuable self defense and fighting skills. Classes teach you how to perform effective punches, kicks, knees and elbows. 

Come join our friendly team. We’re all about community and pushing each other to reach new heights while attaining your personal goals. Wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes. The only gear you need is a good pair of kickboxing gloves.
