FMA (Filipino Martial Arts), Kali, Escrima, Dumog and Panantukan are indigenous systems from the Philippines.  South-East Asian countries like Malaysia and Indonesia have produced the art of Silat. All are hand to hand combat systems, however, FMA is especially known for extensive weapons training. We focus primarily on stick and knife fighting.

In addition, classes will also teach Jeet Kune Do Concepts and kickboxing. This is based on the teaching of the late great Bruce Lee. Bruce laid the foundation of true scientific fighting; which can be applied to all fighting arts. Gear: 28” Escrima sticks and MMA gloves.
